Role & responsibilities

‍We are seeking a dedicated Artist Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will address daily inquiries and provide comprehensive support to our artists, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will assist our Music Operations Manager with release ingestion tasks, including correcting metadata and managing DSP connections.

Additionally, you will support our team in the quality control of new releases to maintain high distribution standards. Your responsibilities will also include gathering user feedback, generating valuable insights to enhance our platform, and reporting these findings to the product team. As the Artist and Talent Liaison, you will connect with emerging artists and talents, acting as their primary point of contact and fostering strong relationships. Your missions

• Provide daily support to artists, answering questions and resolving issues
• Assist with the ingestion of new releases, ensuring metadata accuracy and managing DSP connections
• Conduct quality control checks on new music releases
  
• Collect and analyze user feedback, offering insights to enhance the platform
  
• Act as a liaison for emerging artists and talents, maintaining strong communication and support

What are we looking for?

You have come to the right place if you have:

• Passion for music
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in music, media studies, or a related field
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Technical experience with sound is preferred but not required
