To be able to use Collabhouse’s features, you must create at least one profile. Your profile represents you, your group or company on Collabhouse and you use your profile(s) to navigate and use the platform. Creating a profile is completely free and takes just a couple of clicks.
You can create more than one profile, if you want to use Collabhouse in various capacities. For example, you can create a profile for your band to distribute your band’s music and set up a separate profile for you as a solo artist or influencer to license your music to Content Creators or do collabs.
You can invite other people, for example your band members, publisher, manager or colleagues, to join your Collabhouse profile as team members and help you manage it and receive royalties. You can invite people to join your profile in the ‘Invite team members’ section on the ‘Profile settings’ page. All you need to do is enter the email address of the person you want to invite and an invitation to join your profile is automatically sent. Once your invitee accepts the invitation, he or she will first need to create their own personal user account before joining your profile.
You can instruct us to account and pay your profile royalties to one or more individual team members of your profile directly in the ‘Team member royalty split’ section on the ‘Profile settings’ page and determine what percentage each member should receive.

This includes any royalties earned from distribution, NFT sales, Collab royalty splits and Music Library licenses sold (recording & publishing royalties).
